Dr Fay Bunce

Dr Bunce has been working as a doctor since graduating in 2010 from Barts & the London. She did her internship followed by Core medical training to become a Physician of Medicine.

Dr Bunce attained membership to the Royal College of Physicians London in 2013. For the next 12 months worked in the Intensive Care Unit at Guys & St Thomas’ Hospital sharpening her acute skills, followed by several years as a Specialty Training Registrar in Adult Internal Medicine and Aged Care.

In 2016, Dr Bunce came to Australia as a planned one year trip. Dr Bunce enjoyed working in Australia so much that she spent the next five years working as a medical registrar whilst exploring parts of Australia.

In 2021, Dr Bunce decided to make the switch to General Practice and worked in the Far North Queensland until she achieved fellowship. Dr Bunce has now made a permanent move to South Queensland and is now seeing patients at Doctors at Landsborough. She is skilled in a broad range of general healthcare matters, and particularly interested in diabetes care, chronic disease management, cardiovascular risk assessment, menopause, metabolic diseases, health checks. elderly health.

Outside of medicine she has a passion for road cycling, long distance running and a love for her pet chickens.
